It'd be easier for Deidre Watford, our director of integrated services, to tell you what she's not responsible for, which is basically writing copy and paying the bills. What she does do is manage the project managers, manage the interactive projects and help manage the creative workload. Plus, she's always looking for new agency resources and strives to be our social media guru, too. Honestly, we're not sure there's anything she can't do. Or isn't already doing.
