Pro bono work that directly affects the members of our community is a priority for us.
That's why pro bono clients receive as much of our attention as paying clients.

Since opening, we've produced collateral, advertising, marketing and
public relations campaigns—free of charge—for the American Cancer Society's Cure by Design,
Junior Achievement, Henrico Police Foundation, Virginia Blood Services, Virginia Special Olympics,
United Way of Greater Richmond, Boys and Girls Clubs of Richmond, Beacon Tree Foundation,
the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and others.
Additionally, as part of our culture, Free Agents Marketing encourages employees to
participate in their communities and gives employees the opportunity to volunteer time
during the workday. We also support employees financially if they wish to participate in
events that give back to the community, such as the Monument Avenue 10K,
Cure by Design, the Big Brothers Big Sisters Duck Race and others.
Recognitions & Success
In 2005, Free Agents Marketing was selected as a top five finalist for the Greater
Richmond Chamber of Commerce's Impact Award, in recognition of companies that
demonstrate innovation and contribute to the greater community.
Later, in 2007, FAM engaged its clients in a Christmas Toy Drive for the children of
St. Joseph's Villa, gathering hundreds of quality toys to help make Christmas a joyous time
for those in need.
Plus, in the spring of 2009, FAM was instrumental in the inaugural effort
of Retailers 4 Life—a partnership designed to raise awareness for organ
donation and to increase the number of Virginians who are organ donors.
FAM provided all creative services for the program, a five–figure donation of time
and talent that resulted in a successful event.
